Every year, a certified Sterilux technician visits your site to verify the ongoing efficacy of your installed Sterilux-equipped lighting. We test for proper light functionality and validate the effectiveness of microbial reduction.

If we detect a performance issue, we work directly with you and your licensed fixture provider to initiate a replacement — no delay, no red tape.

Sterilux+SEA is our most in-depth microbial inspection and verification program—designed for spaces where disinfection performance must be measurable, reportable, and defensible. Sterilux+SEA adds a robust scientific validation layer through two specialized reports:

Pre-Installation Microbial Baseline Report
A detailed laboratory analysis identifying background levels of bacteria and viruses present before the Sterilux system is activated—establishing a defensible microbial baseline.
Post-Installation Disinfection Efficacy Report
A follow-up quantitative report measuring the reduction in microbial load, demonstrating the actual environmental impact of your Sterilux system.

SCIN is Sterilux’s nationwide program for training and certifying independent inspectors who ensure our technology performs exactly as promised. Every SCIN member is equipped with advanced training in photocatalytic sterilization, Sterilux efficacy testing, and professional field protocol.
